One of my passions is cooking and I love sharing my knowledge about healthy delicious cooking with those who are eager to learn! My recipes are inspired from years of experimenting with my own health, and learning from other nutrition experts. All my creations are FREE of gluten, dairy, soy and refined sugar. I support a balanced high plant based diet with flexibility for small amounts of whole grains, healthy fats and protein. I prefer high quality ingredients that are whole, organic, Non-GMO and humanely raised. Healthy foods are not only nourishing for the body & soul, they can also be fun, fulfilling and delicious!

I offer live cooking classes from my cozy home and kitchen! These classes are usually 10-12 people and are super fun and intimate. I give an informative lecture on a specific topic of interest. We focus on transforming traditional beloved dishes into healthy, delicious foods you’ll feel good about eating. I also provide handouts and recipes to ensure you get the most out of the class. Then we head into the kitchen for an interactive cooking demonstration. Afterward, we mingle and enjoy our scrumptious food creations!
